About Data Processing
Below you can read how we process your data, where we store it, what security techniques we use, and who has access to this data.
Web Hosting, data hosting
We receive web hosting and data storage services from Vultr and TransIP for our data storage. TransIP processes personal information on our behalf but does not use your data for their own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about your use of our services, which is not considered personal information. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss or unauthorized use of your personal information. We are bound by the confidentiality agreement on the basis of the agreement.
Payment processor
For the processing of (part of) the payments in our web store, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, city, and payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to improve their services and share (anonymized) data with third parties for that purpose. All the safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data are also applicable to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not keep your data longer than is allowed by law. See Mollie for more information.
General Purpose of Processing
We use your data exclusively for the purposes of our services. This means that the processing purpose is always directly related to the task you have assigned us. We do not use your data for targeted marketing. If you share data with us and we use it to contact you at a later time, except when requested by you, we will ask for explicit permission. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound by confidentiality on the basis of their agreement with us, an oath, or legal obligation.
Automatically Collected Data
Data collected automatically by our website is processed with the goal of improving our services. This data, such as your IP address, web browser, and operating system, is not considered personal information.
Retention periods
We will keep your data for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you inform us of this, we will also consider it a request to be forgotten. On the basis of applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data; we will therefore keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and the documents we have produced as a result of your assignment.
Your rights
Under the applicable Dutch and European legislation, as a data subject, you have certain rights with regard to the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. We keep a record of completed requests, and in the case of a request to be forgotten, we maintain anonymized data. You will receive all copies and copies of data in the machine-readable data format that we use within our systems.
